TJ Overstreet, President
TJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University and is the Executive Pastor at The River Community Church. In addition to serving on the Board at HRA, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Putnam County Family YMCA and Rising Above Ministries. He and his wife Casey have four children. TJ enjoys golfing, construction projects, and TN football.
Jason Groe, Vice President
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts from Belmont University. He also earned an MDiv in Biblical Languages; a DMin in New Testament and is currently pursuing a PhD in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason is the Senior pastor of Poplar Grove Baptist Church. He and his wife Holly have three children. He enjoys hiking/backpacking, gardening, reading, and hunting.
Dr. Stephen mullins, Secretary
Stephen graduated from the Southern College of Optometry. He is an Optometric Physician and owner of Mullins Vision Associates, PLLC. He and his wife Brittan are the proud parents of four children. Stephen enjoys sports and outdoor activities.
Thad Drake, treasurer
Thad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Tech University and manages Crew Equipment and Service, LLC. He and his wife Carla have three children. He enjoys being outdoors, mountain climbing, road biking, mountain biking, Crossfit, and working on Toyota Landcruisers.
Jack lynn, board member
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from TTU and is self employed as a Real Estate Developer. He and his wife Lindy have two young daughters. They attend The River Community Church and enjoy the community there. Jack and Lindy enjoy date nights, 9 holes of golf, triathlons, and a tough Crossfit workout.
Charlie wills, board member
Charlie has a Bachelor of Science of Religion from Liberty University. He is pastor of New Home Baptist Church in Baxter, TN. He and his wife, Shelly, have 2 children. He enjoys fishing, mountain biking, and exploring back roads and spending time with his family.
